By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from avori.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our site. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and anyone who submits content or places an order.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Our products are personal care and cosmetic products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. 4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major payment methods available through our checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Synapsys Tech LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We process orders within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other circumstances at our sole discretion. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.

6. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Avori is not liable for carrier delays or lost packages after confirmed delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup and confirmation of delivery.

7. Subscriptions

Certain products are available on a recurring subscription basis ("Subscribe & Save"). If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. Material terms — price, frequency, and minimum commitment period — are disclosed at the time of signup and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Cancellation must be requested through the method described in our Subscription Terms. These Terms govern your use of the site generally; where our Subscription Terms speak to a specific subscription mechanic, the Subscription Terms control.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final subject to the exceptions set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at avori.store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to that policy. Nothing in this section or our Return & Refund Policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable federal or state law that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our products contain active ingredients. You are solely responsible for conducting a patch test at least 24 hours before full use, as described in the product instructions included with your order. Avori does not accept liability for skin reactions, irritation, or sensitivities arising from failure to patch test or failure to follow usage instructions. By proceeding with full use of any Avori product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the associated risks.

10. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all content on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without liability.

Synapsys Tech LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier or logistics disruptions, supplier failures, natural disasters, government actions, platform or payment processor outages, or any other event of force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as practicable.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synapsys Tech LLC, its members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

19. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

We want to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at avori.officials@gmail.com and provide a written description of the dispute, your name, and your order number. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If we cannot reach a resolution, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Synapsys Tech LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Claims under $10,000 may be brought in small claims court at either party's election in lieu of arbitration.

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect, except that the class action waiver may not be severed from the arbitration requirement — if the waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this Section 19 is void and disputes will proceed in the courts specified in Section 21.

21. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 19 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

This clause does not override any mandatory consumer protection law of your state of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend checking periodically. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, subject to Section 19.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Terms, Legal Notice, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Synapsys Tech LLC with respect to your use of this website and purchase of our products.
